Client Testimonials

I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from Jason. He is always attentive to Wilson’s needs and will always help out wherever possible. Wilson seems  very relaxed with him and I would definitely recommend him to other dog owners.
His knowledge from past work also helps a lot as if we ever have any concerns about Wilson's behaviour he is always able to help with suggestions on what could be wrong.
I have been very happy working with Jason this past year.

Sian in Balham (English Bulldog)

We called upon Jason when our working patterns changed and we realised that we would have to have someone walk our spaniel, Archie, during the day.  As Archie is 5  years old and had never been walked by anyone other than family members and without another dog, we were rather hesitant at first about how he would react to the change.  Our fears were totally misguided and since Jason has been walking Archie 2/3 times a week, it has been like having a happy, bouncy puppy again.  Jason totally put us all at ease and answered all of my neurotic questions with great patience and obvious experience of over protective dog owners.  It is so wonderful to know that Archie is being well looked after with someone who has his genuine welfare at heart and reading his log book each day about how he got on is a delight.  The gang go out to a number of locations which gives them the variety and stimulation that can lack with other dog walkers and Archie is frequently out for over 2 hours a day which means we have an incredibly happy (and sleepy!) pooch when we get home.  Can’t thank Jason enough and only wish that we had met him earlier!

Francesca, Bill, Caroline and George in Clapham South (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel)

When we decided to get a dog earlier this year we realized we'd need someone to walk her during the day. What we didn't realize was how lucky we were to be near Jason, and what a relief and comfort it would be to have him walk our dog. From the minute Perdita met him they hit it off and, given the tough time she'd had before we homed her, it was reassuring to know that Jason's experience would mean she was in safe hands. It also meant we could benefit from his advice. Having had Perdita for about six months now, we can't imagine life without her - and it would be impossible to keep on looking after her properly without Jason. We've also left Perdita with Jason on the weekend before, which has enabled us to go away and not have to worry about anything. The daiily updates on her time in the park always brighten our day. A top service and a top bloke! Thanks Jason!

Dan and Victoria in Battersea (Whippet)

Jason has been walking our dog Leny three times a week since the beginning of the year and we couldn't be more grateful for the way he looks after him. It's so reassuring to know that Leny is getting a good walk and is in good hands as we know that Jason takes the time to get to know the dogs and reassure them. He's taken a real shine to Jason which is a feat in itself as Len is very shy and scared of most strangers. Jason frequently takes Leny out for 2 or 3 hours and he clearly looks forward to his walks. He's made friends with a few other dogs that Jason walks and it's made him far more relaxed with other dogs.

We couldn't recommend Jason highly enough!

Jo & Guy in Chelsea Embankment (Shiba Inu)

Jason has been taking our Chihuahua 'Bow' and we are extremely happy with his service.  We have absolutely no worries letting Jason have a key to our flat and believe him to be a very trustworthy dog walker.  Our puppy enjoys his walks and he's been helped to socialize with other dogs.  Jason is great value for money and generous with his time often walking 'Bow' for a lot longer than we pay him for - which is greatly greatly appreciated.  Jason provides advice which has been invaluable to new dog owners!

Lydia in Battersea (Chihuahua)

Jason has been an absolute diamond walking my two terrors. The dogs absolutely adore him & they literally wait for him by the front door with a watch. Jason is personable friendly & honest. He clearly enjoys taking the dogs out for walks & this is very much reflected in their faces every time he calls. I would highly recommend Jason to any dog owner in south London :)

...This is to confirm that Jason volunteered at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home between November 2009 and October 2011. During this time he was scheduled to come in every week for a minimum of 4 hours to socialise our dogs.

The role of the Dog Socialisers is to spend time with the dogs in their kennels, giving them essential interaction and helping them to adjust to the extremely stressful environment. This involves using training enrichment techniques and playing constructive games. In addition, the role involves walking the dogs and writing behavioural observations after each session with a dog. Socialisers handle dogs of all temperaments, and need to be calm and gentle and have great empathy with the dogs.

Jason was involved in Battersea’s Behaviour Unit programme whilst he was a volunteer at the Home, which involved following specific behaviour programmes to help rehabilitate the dogs. Jason was also one of the first volunteers to volunteer in our intake area with unassessed dogs. Only a small number of volunteers volunteered in this area, and they had to undergo additional training and assessment to work with these dogs...
